feat(DMS FrameMode): A New Connected Unified Surface & Animation Overhaul

- Introduces Standalone & Connected Modes
- Updated Animations & Motion effects for both modes
- Numerous QOL tweaks and updates throughout the system
- Highly inspired to the OG Caelestia Shell / @Soramanew
