feat(Enterprise Linux 10): official dms support for RHEL, CentOS Stream, Rocky Linux & AlmaLinux

- dankinstall enables EPEL 10 and installs from the existing COPRs. niri is the supported compositor on EL.
- Hyprland, mango and miracle-wm on EL are supported thanks to @kmf's dank-ws-copr repos
