lung595 3246138096 plugins: wrap long ToggleSetting labels instead of drawing under the toggle (#3744) ...

The label had no width, so a long one kept its natural width and drew
under the toggle in a narrow settings panel. Give it the column width,
like the description below it; StyledText already wraps by default.
