Marlon Kranz eb837255e0 fix(keybinds): use an existing font weight for unselected tabs (#3790) ...

Theme has no fontWeightNormal, so every unselected category tab in the
keybinds cheat sheet assigned undefined to font.weight. QML rejects
that and keeps the last value, so a tab stayed Medium after it was
deselected, and unselected tabs ignored the font weight setting.
Use Theme.fontWeight, the shell's regular weight.
