Bridge will stop sending messages from Sneedchat to Discord after Sneedchat outages but is stable enough to send Discord to Sneedchat, I believe usually resolved during a cookie refresh.

Needs logic to detect this half broken state and self heal faster than waiting for a cookie refresh.
