Tasos Sahanidis 7bf1e19861 Don't dim lights when devices are used outside X 
Also fixes a bug where lights wouldn't be restored if a device
was plugged in while the system was idle.

Tasos Sahanidis cf05f05192 Rework macro code 
GUI code has been completely rewritten and UI has been redesigned

Daemon no longer supports the global delay, and the command for it
is removed

Random delays are now supported for each key by specifying it as
min_max in the delay field

Various daemon issues regarding macros have been fixed, including
memory leaks

Tasos Sahanidis 9624cbe166 Force a frame to the daemon on profile switch 
This is needed as the daemon wipes the RGB data when deleting
and creating a new profile, resulting in a black keyboard when
switching to a static profile
