Julian Schmidhuber 3138fbc4c8 feat(settings): Settings 
Currently stored are:

- Window parameters
    - Default width/height
    - Is maximized
- Device name for linking

Additionally a crash has been fixed where a error on presage startup
would lead to application crash.
