Julian Schmidhuber 3e89dd8327 feat(mention): Mention 
This adds support for receiving mentions. This replaces the "weird
character" that was present in messages where someone was mentioned with
the usual "@Profile Name". Furthermore, this string will then be
highlighted blue.

Fixes #54.

- Add an "pick emoji" button.
- Add a title to the empty channel messages status page.
- Add a little space between username and timestamp of a message.
