Julian Schmidhuber 1ed9e7577f chores(deps): Update presage and libsignal-service 
What is currently not working:

- The message store seems to be broken
- Currently, phone numbers cannot be displayed anymore
- It is currently not possible to clear the messages
- Unlinking seems to not be unlinking completly, some things still
  remain. Delete `~/.local/share/flare/*` to unlink instead.
- Some errors got deleted. I will need to investigate what their
  alternatives are.
- Currently not latest commit of presage as this leads to an error
  linking.

Julian Schmidhuber 8f10acd822 hotfix(cert): Update presage for the new certificate 
Signal changed their server-certificates yesterday, this pretty much
broke Flare (and other unofficial Signal-clients) completly. An update
of presage fixes this issue.
