Had some breaking changes:

- `libadwaita::Dialog::present` now takes an `Option`,
- `glib::clon!` has a new syntax

Julian Schmidhuber 2c56c1e932 chores(deny): Fix cargo-deny issues 
This includes a fix for a security issue which is Windows-only. I am not
aware of users using Windows, but we should upgrade nevertheless. It
also removes the deprecated copyleft-key, the replacement is to add
those licenses to the allow-list.

The following changes were done to the default configuration:

- Allow some licenses compatible with `AGPL-3.0-only`.
- Allow copyleft.
- Clarify `ring` license to `ISC AND OpenSSL AND MIT`.
- Clarify `presage`-related licenses to `AGPL-3.0-only`.
- Allow duplicate dependencies (already in downstream packages).
- Allow git resources from certain GitHub organizations.
- Update dependencies to fix dependency on yanked version.
- Clarify the license of Flare itself.
