Julian Schmidhuber 883f23e8ba ci(deny): Set up cargo-deny 
The following changes were done to the default configuration:

- Allow some licenses compatible with `AGPL-3.0-only`.
- Allow copyleft.
- Clarify `ring` license to `ISC AND OpenSSL AND MIT`.
- Clarify `presage`-related licenses to `AGPL-3.0-only`.
- Allow duplicate dependencies (already in downstream packages).
- Allow git resources from certain GitHub organizations.
- Update dependencies to fix dependency on yanked version.
- Clarify the license of Flare itself.

This now displays the phone-number (if applicable), the disappearing
messages timer, and the group description (if applicable).

Julian Schmidhuber a5d5b6b3e3 ver(0.10.1-beta.5): New experimental version 
Should provide the following upstream fixes:
- https://github.com/whisperfish/presage/pull/215 for fixing rate
  limiting.
- https://github.com/whisperfish/presage/pull/216 for fixing storage of
  outgoing messages.

Furthermore, fixes a crash with the background toggle in the settings.
