Julian Schmidhuber f84fc1647b fix: Don't link when not in foreground ...

Also close main window if the setup window was closed while not being
finished (which should not happen in most cases as the setup window
should now not have a close-button).

The "Don't link when not in foreground" has not yet been tested.

Fixes #80.
