Pick up the scrollback and migration fixes

nobilis 9e885a4: the scrollback db stops fsyncing once per message (WAL,
synchronous=NORMAL), and the migration that could rename this app own
config directory into the daemon data dir no longer touches anything under
.config.

Closes #207. Closes #208.
