Say where a Sneedchat file actually goes

The uploads description promised the choice covered "anything Sneedchat's
own uploader refuses" while the daemon sent every Sneedchat attachment to
postimg.cc regardless. The daemon now honours it, so the copy can say
plainly that it covers both services, and that postimg is the one to pick
for the site's own click-through habit and the one to avoid for video.
