Discord has a location to show all unread stuff of interest and all @mentions that are unread. We're only interested in @mentions. When we click one it should navigate to the location the mention happened even if it requires pagination.

Implemented. nobilis e0c66ca ("Answer 'what wanted me', in one query") and moho b4b990f ("A page for every mention, across every service").
Two surfaces over one getMentions query: a header popdown showing only what is still unread, and a full rail page showing read and unread across every service. Channels only — a DM is addressed to you entirely, and including them filled the page with NickServ notices.
