There is a server-side key backup and a recovery key (#67), and no file export. Element writes an encrypted .txt of your room keys, which is how somebody moves history to a client that cannot reach the backup, or keeps a copy that does not depend on the homeserver being up.

Done looks like: export and import of the standard encrypted key file, with the passphrase prompt Element uses.

Finished — https://git.salastil.com/Salastil/nobilis/commit/a59b355 and https://git.salastil.com/Salastil/moho/commit/da09eed

Export and import of Element's encrypted key file, at the same 500,000 PBKDF2 rounds it writes. A save dialog was added for it — the app had only ever needed to open files. Round-tripped live, and refused with the wrong passphrase in the crate's own words.
