Implemented. nobilis 02107bd ("Report who is talking, not just that somebody is") and moho 4ad7501 + 2ae2ece.
getVoiceLevels returns a speakers[] array ordered loudest-first, and CallView.tsx renders the call grid with live speaking rings and mute/deafen badges. 2ae2ece extended it to a guild's voice channel, not just DM calls.
