Tracking issue for Kick feature coverage against kick.com's own web chat.
The backend handles 22 socket events - messages, deletions, bans and unbans, chatroom
clears and mode changes, subscriptions and gifted subscriptions, pinned messages, polls,
predictions, reward redemptions, spin wheels and stream hosts. Earlier passes closed #63, #64, #72, #76, #83, #109, #110, #111, #115, #130 and #167, covering history,
viewer lists, badges and colours, moderation, polls and predictions, stream metadata,
VODs and clips, following, watching the stream, and chat modes.
What is left, after the September 2026 review:
#195 - most of what chat says renders as words, because 7TV and BTTV are unknown
That is the whole list, and it is the item on any protocol that most changes what moho
looks like in ordinary use: on Kick the third-party emote sets are most of the emotes
actually in use, so a busy channel reads here as a column of bare words.
