The Matrix form defaults to https://matrix.org and immediately says "This homeserver is not accepting new accounts", with Create account greyed out. matrix.org does take new accounts - through its own website, not the registration API moho uses. A new user's first look at Matrix says sign-up is impossible.
Say what is true: that this server signs people up on its own website, with a link to it, rather than that it takes no one.

Creating the account inside moho would need a browser-based OAuth sign-in with prompt=create. moho only has the device-code sign-in, so that's a larger piece of work.
