Found testing Tor on a fresh Windows install (#246). hackint refuses guests arriving over Tor, and it says why in its ERROR line - but moho shows and logs only "connection closed during registration", then retries every few seconds forever. The server's own words (a K-line, "use SASL", "use our onion") are what tell someone what to do.
Show the server's ERROR/closing-link text as the account's detail, log it, and don't keep retrying a refusal that says it is final.

Finished. The server's ERROR line is kept, along with its last notice (a notice from a person doesn't count), for each connection attempt and through every registration step. When the server hangs up, the account shows "The server turned the connection away: ", or the notice as "the server's last words" if it sent no ERROR. An ERROR followed by a close after registration is reported the same way.
Checked against a server that sends a notice and an ERROR, then closes. Two unit tests were added.
