Window controls are standard 30px icon buttons (TitleBar.tsx:46-52): Close has no red hover, maximize uses the fullscreen glyph.
The 44px title bar plus the ~38px header take ~82px of vertical chrome while the title bar's middle is empty.
Fix: red hover on Close, proper maximize/restore glyphs, and the quick-switcher button in the empty middle.
