The name span (MessageRow.tsx:729) and avatar (694-709) have no click handler; "Profile of …" is only in the right-click menu (437-444). Discord, Slack and Element open a profile popout on click.

Somebody else's name or picture now opens their profile card when clicked (the pointer shows it is a link and the name underlines on hover; the tooltip says "Profile of ..."). Your own name and system lines have nothing to open, as before. It is the same card the right-click menu's "Profile of ..." opens.
Checked in the isolated test copy: the name is a button on others' messages and not on your own, and a click sends the profile request (the test copy has no real conversation, so it answers with an error toast - the real card needs a live account).
