The base .button is filled primary blue (theme.css:272-281), so Cancel and Confirm look identical in ReasonPrompt (97), ExportDialog (165-175); AccountsPanel's "Keep it" is filled blue beside a filled red Remove (475-493). .button.primary (app.css:5350) looks like .button with different padding.
.button.danger is outlined pale pink in theme.css (297-301) and overridden to filled #c9403c in app.css (2314-2317) without resetting the inherited border; plus three other reds. It is also used for non-destructive actions (Matrix call Decline, room upgrade).
"Restart Tor from scratch" and "Restart daemon" (SettingsPanel.tsx:940-948, 1175-1184) are harmless-looking subtle buttons with no confirmation.
Fix:.button primary, .button.subtle (ghost) for every Cancel, one filled --danger button used only where something is destroyed; confirmations for the restarts.

Before (left) and after (right), the export dialog - Cancel and Export were two identical filled blue buttons:
Cancel is the quiet button (button subtle) beside a filled one in the export dialog, the reason prompt, the leave confirmation and "Keep it" in account removal; Decline on a room invitation is quiet too (it was the red destructive button).
One danger button: filled --danger with white text. theme.css had an outlined pale-pink version that app.css overrode without resetting its border; there is now only the one definition. Matrix call Decline keeps its red (a hang-up is red everywhere); Remove account, Leave and Delete are the destructive ones.
Restart Tor from scratch and Restart daemon ask again in place ("Drop every Tor connection and start again?" with Restart / Cancel, taking itself back after six seconds):
Not changed: the room Upgrade button keeps its red - it already has its own confirmation step, and it does change the room irreversibly.
