The "basically zero documentation" was accurate — the working endpoints and the Pusher channel names were found by measuring a live channel and by reading Kick's own frontend bundle, not from docs. What went in: join by handle or pasted URL, chat over one multiplexed Pusher socket, sending, native replies both ways, all three emote sets with subscriber-only emotes shown-but-locked against a real subscription check, redemptions and subs and gifted subs and raids on their own plate, and your follows imported on first connect with live channels first.
What is still missing is now tracked separately rather than left in this ticket: #63 (deleted messages), #64 (no history), #72 (viewer list and badges), #76 (moderation), #83 (polls, deeplinks, settings).
Finished — Kick is implemented and in daily use.

Kick has basically zero documentation, would require some study of their public API to render chat channels.
