e323025a82 remove $? formatting from song format while converting to string 
this fixes wrong results while searching for phrase
that contains dollar or one of dollar formatting.

7600429383 add key_select_album: select album around cursor 
Default key for this is 'B'. This use to be the default for
ToggleBitrateVisibility, which has changed to '#'.
