Email reader docked: drop whole From row 4px + right-align icons
Pulled the From row's negative margin from -8 to -4 so the whole row (From: label AND chip) sits 4px lower together. Action cluster below now justifies flex-end so the icons sit at the right edge of the row instead of left-aligned.
