Filter identifier occurrences by kind before choosing each file representative. Keep the strongest lane evidence in the representative used for reranking while preserving identifier file ordering and reciprocal-rank weights. Document the snippet scan bound and distinguish historical ranking captures from results of the corrected evaluation runner. Validated with 593 default tests, 617 CUDA-enabled tests, and 60 evaluation tests. Regression coverage includes later eligible occurrences and a fused caller matching identifier and phrase lanes.
