In-request reconciliation no longer spends a query's 20 s budget: QueryDeadline::pause_during moves the deadline by the reconcile's duration, used by dispatch's read_store and by each --no-daemon member reconcile in workspace retrieval, so a slow first member no longer times out later members. Workspace show/ctx and history reads classify SQLite interrupts as timed_out. An all-failed workspace search answers timed_out only when some member actually timed out. reextract_definition reads with the index's 2 MiB limit and reports binary files and cancelled or factless extractions as errors instead of None.
