Search explicit member roots with fair rank merging, compact coverage, and provenance within one output budget. Persist independent owner-qualified result snapshots and route source, context, and history reads without retargeting expired or changed identities. Reuse member daemons behind a workspace coordinator and share optional query inference. Preserve root-scoped diagnostic receipts and repository-qualified session evidence. Verify configuration, source ownership, cache expiry, tiny budgets, partial writes, and semantic feature compilation; full suite plus targeted regressions pass.
