Refresh correlation data
Clean up the overrides.conf a bit and regenerate correlations now that the NWS has retired some WX weather zones. This addresses some incorrect correlations to now dead forecasts in the Los Angeles area (thanks to Chime Hart for reporting), as well as likely others.
