perf(core): pin go-runewidth to v0.0.25

v0.0.27 builds unicode width LUTs in init() which slows every dms
invocation by ~15ms

Pinning to pre-0.0.27 makes dms ipc invocations  even faster than
invoking the quuickshell binary itself after #3081
