The Fn combinations are not implemented in ckb-next and people might
not be happy that they don't function. They are too many to hack around
manually, thus it will have to wait.

Tasos Sahanidis ff88b9bd7e Add K100 to GUI and daemon 
Readd alt K100 lighting method

Do not send 2nd lighting data

It is moved to init because I can't easily tell when CUE sends it,
and it's definitely not once every frame.

Additionally, it is commented out because it broke some lights on certain K100s

Fix K100 control wheel in GUI

Tasos Sahanidis 9e880265d6 Fix keymap patches 
Quite a few keymap patches incorrectly used 0 as an LED index.

To avoid such mistakes, the existing duplicate entries are now
automatically erased from the keymap while patching.

Technically there's no buffer overflow taking place, but the size
argument passed to snprintf was incorrect.

Tasos Sahanidis c8a0fb9790 Fix daemon delay handling 
While the previous fps delay calculations were correct, they did not
take into account the delay of each usb transfer.
This resulted in lower framerates and rgb frames being queued and dropped.

Since the daemon now supports many more device types and protocols,
the fps command handling was moved to the device vtable so that each
protocol can set better suited delays. For example bragi doesn't need any.

Tasos Sahanidis 7304323c66 Allow multiple command lines to be processed at once 
This prevents delayed rgb commands from endlessly building up until
the pipe fills up and stalls.

Also fixes frames being delayed due to f54f4ab350.
