Oleksii Vilchanskyi 44d253f4d4 quickinstall: handle multibyte characters in path (#265) 
Problem: Qt5 UIC cannot create a file if its absolute path contains
multibyte characters and LC_CTYPE is set to "C".

Solution: set all (but LC_CTYPE and LC_COLLATE) POSIX locale environment
variables to "C". LC_CTYPE and LC_COLLATE should be set to the original
locale via LANG. Avoid LC_ALL.

Workaround unknown qmake bug on macOS at configuration stage
which happens at generation stage. Assumes Homebrew is installed.
Assumes 'qt' package by 'brew' command is installed.

Lutz Eichler f2f31f3823 Fix #160 for installation on linux 
The path in the variable PREFIX is too short for linux,
so for linux its usage must be PREFIX/bin.

Juan Jesús García de Soria 299be9f982 Reverse temp file for indicator icon; use xdg-utils during install. 
Using xdg-utils for installing the icon and the .desktop entry will ensure
that the icon/app caches are updated properly. Once caches are current, the
icon can be simply referenced as "ckb", and extracting a copy of it to a
temporary file is no longer needed.

When not performing a system-wide install, install the icon and the .desktop
file into the user's .local directory instead.

(ckb) Fixed "ckb is already running" after the program had crashed
New shared memory format allows storing the PID as well as a more robust command format. This will be put to more use later.
