ccMSC 153d93ca7e (ckb-daemon) Moved SYN events from inputupdate to the actual event functions 
I noticed the SYN_events were never being posted during macro playback, which is possibly what caused the issue with some of the keys being dropped. It seems to work now even without the delays, but this will need further testing before I remove them.

ccMSC 563ec586ed (ckb-daemon) OSX support for new Scimitar firmware, albeit very hacky 
So the HID driver *was* grabbing all of the USB interfaces, except that now it doesn't. It doesn't like the new EP 3 for some reason.
And of course we can't do something simple like use the USB interface regardless, because the HID driver prevents any and all access once it's grabbed. Can the HID driver be removed? Of course not! So we have to *sometimes* use the HID interface, and *sometimes* use the USB interface, depending on which is available.
At this point I'm seriously considering shelling out the cash for a kernel driver, just so that I don't have to deal with Apple's schizophrenic userspace design...

Anyway, this update is very incomplete, but it works. Code cleanup coming soon™.

This significantly reduces CPU usage (down to ~0%) when the GUI is not running. There's a slight performance improvement when the GUI is active.

ccMSC b71a184501 (ckb) Device objects are now managed through a new KbManager class instead of MainWindow 
(ckb) Scanning device/shared memory/firmwares/etc now happens at 10FPS instead of the animation frame rate
This may improve performance slightly, especially when starting up or shutting down.
