Tasos Sahanidis bde33cb87f gui: Remove CkbMainBackgroundColour 
Qt first draws the QOpenGLWidget then the rest of the widgets.
This results in the widget having no background. Asking Qt to
fill the background from the palette would result in the wrong
background colour, since the platform theme can override it.

CkbMainBackgroundColour was an ugly hack to try to get the
correct background colour for the widget. It mostly worked but
also failed when the theme would change, and also wouldn't do
gradients.

Resolve this by setting WA_AlwaysStackOnTop on the QOpenGLWidget
and using glClear before drawing.

- Place whole control-cluster further left to be more similar to the
  design,
- replace individual attribution of control-wheel-button with
  consolidated assignment for easier reading, and

Dan f9bf374613 Fix key mapping for plus and equal keys when using all keyboards 
When creating a macro using "All keyboards" as input rather than ckb-next devices, the macro generated for equals key is incorrectly including "equals" as the string vs "equal" when using ckb-next supported devices which results in an invalid macro.

Tasos Sahanidis 21033160af daemon: Don't interpret Report ID as NKRO 
This prevents the daemon from spamming the logs with unknown NKRO byte
messages by no longer attempting to interpret the Report ID as NKRO and
ignoring keyups for the warning.

Brent 4877d0cc32 Implemented a user-controllable option (-DUSE_START_STOP_DAEMON) to 
override the autodetection when required.

Note that src/daemon/CMakeLists.txt does not yet make DISALLOW_SYSVINIT
a user-controllable option, but this code would respect it if that ever
changes in the future.

Depending on Qt version use QRegularExpression::matchView() when using a
QStringView parameter. Remain QRegularExpression::match() for older
versions.

Karl Fleischmann 5f9002dae3 gui: Resolve QCheckBox::stateChanged() deprecation 
Qt Version 6.7.0 deprecates the QCheckBox::stateChanged() signal in
favor of the QCheckBox::checkStateChanged() signal. This commit handles
the deprecation for later versions while remaining the current
implementation for earlier ones.
