Qt first draws the QOpenGLWidget then the rest of the widgets. This results in the widget having no background. Asking Qt to fill the background from the palette would result in the wrong background colour, since the platform theme can override it. CkbMainBackgroundColour was an ugly hack to try to get the correct background colour for the widget. It mostly worked but also failed when the theme would change, and also wouldn't do gradients. Resolve this by setting WA_AlwaysStackOnTop on the QOpenGLWidget and using glClear before drawing.
