Tasos Sahanidis c2617d24a7 Run libpulse loop on the main thread 
There were data races with the threaded loop and there was no real
reason to have the mute state libpulse loop on its own thread

Tasos Sahanidis 7480a2989b Rewrite the pipe animation's command parser 
It can now handle cases where multiple commands have been sent while
waiting for the next frame to be requested.

Tasos Sahanidis cf05f05192 Rework macro code 
GUI code has been completely rewritten and UI has been redesigned

Daemon no longer supports the global delay, and the command for it
is removed

Random delays are now supported for each key by specifying it as
min_max in the delay field

Various daemon issues regarding macros have been fixed, including
memory leaks

accidentally calling pthread_mutex_lock() on a queued_mutex_t
and vice versa.
