Fix and refactor Strafe sidelighting
...
This was broken when the 1b13 Strafe was removed from fullrange,
causing the sidelight update code to never be executed.
Additionally, we remove an unneeded packet sent when updating the
sidelights.

Rename "NRGB" devices to "LEGACY"
...
Since devices like the K90 use an entirely different protocol,
they should have a name reflecting that. This now means that "NRGB"
refers to a device which has controllable single-colour backlighting.

Explicitly request signed char.
...
The ckb-daemon code seems to implicitly assume char is signed,
which, while accurate for x86 for performance reasons, is
unspecified by the C standard. This breaks the code on ARM chips
like the Raspberry Pi where char is unsigned by default.
Therefore, explicitly request signed chars to GCC/Clang.
