Tasos Sahanidis bc8c14135e Add FORCE_INIT_SYSTEM to cmake 
It can be used to force-enabled an init system if it can't be
automatically detected during packaging.
Example usage: cmake .. -DFORCE_INIT_SYSTEM="systemd;upstart"

On distros where /lib is symlinked to /usr/lib we do not try to
remove the old rule.

- Empty animation names are no longer allowed
- Animation script names are added in parentheses after the preset
- Default preset names are replaced with script names
- Longer animation names can now fit in the GUI

Tasos Sahanidis f6ed85350f Rework mviz code 
- A good chunk of the code has been rewritten.
- The keys are now mapped properly, and a Hann window is applied
to the data before being passed to kissfft.
- Attempt to add portaudio support

Needs some cleanup, as there are some duplicate arrays and other
minor issues
