Bump nobilis: voice audio, device selection, and voice channel members

Brings the submodule up to the daemon the client has been written
against. Dev mode runs this checkout rather than any nobilis built
alongside it, so leaving it behind meant the app talked to a daemon
missing everything voice needs - which is how a channel list crashed the
window on a field that daemon never sends.

  Transmit microphone audio into Discord voice
  Choose sound devices, and hear the other side
  Identify our own audio streams the way the sound server names them
  Make the system default a destination rather than an absence
  Report who is in a voice channel, by name
