An unread channel with no mention looks read: BufferRow only gets active/highlight/lifted/unlinked classes (BufferList.tsx:970-976); only .highlight bolds the name (app.css:292-295). Discord/Slack/Element bold unread names.
Mention badges are --primary blue with black text - the same hue as the selected-row tint - on .unread-badge.highlight, .rail-count.highlight, .rail-service.highlight, .mentions-count, .rail-downloads. All three reference clients use red with white text.
Five badge styles at different sizes: .unread-badge 18/11, .rail-count 18/11, .rail-downloads 17/10, .mentions-count 15/10, .live-badge 18/9; rail muted badge 15px vs service badge 17px.
Fix: an unread row class (bold, full-strength name, small left pill); red mention badges; one badge style in two sizes used everywhere.
Part of the v1.0 UI pass.
- An unread channel with no mention looks read: `BufferRow` only gets `active/highlight/lifted/unlinked` classes (BufferList.tsx:970-976); only `.highlight` bolds the name (app.css:292-295). Discord/Slack/Element bold unread names.
- Mention badges are `--primary` blue with black text - the same hue as the selected-row tint - on `.unread-badge.highlight`, `.rail-count.highlight`, `.rail-service.highlight`, `.mentions-count`, `.rail-downloads`. All three reference clients use red with white text.

Before and after, from scripts/ui-shots.mjs (before = 3cdfe37, after = 4ca37dd). The channel list of the Discord-shaped test guild:
Unread rows go bold with a bar at the row's left edge, so an unread channel reads as one before its number is read. Muted rooms are left alone.
Mention badges are red with white text (channel rows, the rail's corner badges, the mentions button) instead of the blue that is also the selection colour: screenshots above shows the red 1 on a row that is also bold.
One badge style: the five differently sized badges (.unread-badge, .rail-count, .rail-downloads, .live-badge, .mentions-count) share one rule at 18px, with the 15px variant for the mentions button's corner. The downloads badge stays blue on purpose - it is progress, not an alarm.
Not in this issue: the rail's server tiles show a red corner badge for a mention but not a count, and closed folders still show nothing - that is #285.
Finished: [4ca37dd](https://git.salastil.com/Salastil/moho/commit/4ca37dd3eddc4bb3436e246031e62b388858c858).
