Guild/space tiles never show a mention count: highlight is computed (ServerRail.tsx:398-415) but only recolours the 17px service badge (287-288). Discord shows a red count bottom-right.
Closed folders (FolderTile, ServerRail.tsx:746-811) show no pill and no count - unread servers in a closed folder are invisible.
Folder open/closed state is deliberately not saved (354-357); Discord remembers it.
The pill doesn't grow on hover; picture tiles change radius only 34%→30% (app.css:4285-4291).
Server names are native title tooltips (206): delayed and unstyled. Discord shows an instant flyout to the right.
The drop indicator is always a line above the target (4427-4436), even when the drop goes below.
No "+" at the bottom of the rail: joining lives in the user footer and only targets the account currently shown there (UserFooter.tsx:124-131).
