Editing an account takes 4 clicks: gear → Accounts → expand the service group (closed by default, AccountsPanel.tsx:156) → expand the card (370-374). Removal is buried at the bottom of the expanded card (497). Clicking the active service chip in Add closes the form (120).
Join (JoinPanel.tsx) targets only the account selected in the footer; its submit button says "Go" (115-117); IRC's channel list must be requested by hand (156-215).
Fix: groups open by default with ≤4 accounts; Remove in a "Danger zone"; chips don't toggle the form closed; Join has an account picker at the top and a "Join" button.

Fewer clicks to an account: a service's group opens by default when there are four accounts or fewer (a group with something wrong still opens regardless), so one or two accounts are one click from their card, not three. Opening and closing stays remembered.
Remove in a "Danger zone": boxed with a red edge and its own heading at the foot of the card, still asking first.
The add form stays open: clicking the chip of the service already showing no longer closes it (the chip is a choice among services); a Cancel under the form is the way out.
Join says Join (the field buttons said "Go"), and has an account picker at the top - a chip per account that can join somewhere, so Join is no longer only for whichever account was selected in the footer.
Not done: the IRC channel list is still requested by hand from the Join page; that wants its own change.
