lambchop quickfix (#6)

* fix dice lose print

* dice can now display rigged results

* lambchop

* removed GetRandomNext

* updated lambchop randomness to use GetRandomNumber()

* Change lambchop game timeout to 12 seconds

* lambchop quickfix
