nobilis 2f9c2bc and moho 8453f59 added listUploadHosts/uploadFile and the Settings → Uploads picker (catbox, litterbox, postimg). It works for IRC.
It does not reach Sneedchat. sendMessage's sockchat branch calls sockchat::send_attachment unconditionally, and that function is hardwired to postimg.cc — its signature takes no host parameter at all. The Settings copy promises the choice covers "IRC, and anything Sneedchat's own uploader refuses", but attaching an .mp4 in a Sneedchat room fails with "postimg.cc only accepts images" instead of going to catbox.
Filed separately as a bug; this issue can close once that lands.
