build / build (push) Failing after 1m20s
Add CI workflow to build and publish a rolling "latest" release
Builds the release binary with a manually-installed Rust toolchain
(no marketplace toolchain action) and publishes it as a release
tagged "latest" via plain curl against the github.* context values,
which Gitea mirrors for compatibility. Duplicated under .gitea/workflows
since Gitea doesn't read .github/workflows. Uses secrets.CI_TOKEN for
release authentication.

weather

weather is a command-line tool for quick access to current weather conditions, forecasts, and alerts for locations throughout the USA and select locations globally, retrieving and formatting decoded METARs from NOAA and forecasts/alerts from the NWS; a single self-contained binary (a Rust rewrite of the original weather-util Python tool, with its correlation data embedded at compile time so no external data files are needed at runtime),

It's invoked as weather [options] [alias1|search1 [alias2|search2 [...]]], accepting IATA/FAA airport codes, ICAO station codes, NWS zone IDs, ZIP/ZCTA codes, latitude, longitude coordinates, Census FIPS codes, or free-text place names — for example weather rdu, weather -f 27613, or weather 35.78,-78.64 — with common flags including -f/--forecast, -a/--alert, -m/--metric, -v/--verbose, and -l/--list to show configured aliases (see weather --help for the full option list).

Building

Requires a Rust toolchain (install via rustup); then from the repository root:

cargo build --release

The resulting binary is at target/release/weather.
